Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct DL350 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Avago-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out A.v.c. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 B--R-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Avago-Technologies such as the AFBR79Q2EKZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PASTD030 manufactured by A.v.c. and we are pleased to be able to service most A.v.c. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS3200 by Manufacturer B--R-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has B--R-Automation Brand 3EX150601 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Avocent such as 520336001 equipment made by Avocent have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Avocent products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Avocent" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5412336B made by Automation-Technology as well as the popular BampRACOPOS8V1045002 original spares produced by B--R-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7CM411701 by B--R-Automation and 520336001 spares by Avocent are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T1K01DC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Direct.
